Debut: GLOW Bangkok Riverside
The opening completes a quartet of GLOW properties in the Thai capital.
In October, Bangkok’s Dusit district welcomed a fresh new property, GLOW Bangkok Riverside. The stylish hotel overlooks the Chaophraya River and houses 126 rooms and suites in cosy, warm tones. At the higher end, River View Suites come with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the waterway, while most rooms also feature a private balcony.
Within the property, guests will find a tranquil outdoor swimming pool, also with stretching waterfront panoramas, and a fitness centre. On the gastronomy front, the indoor-outdoor Currents Cafe & Bar is the main all-day hub serving three meals a day - it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset drink or take part in one of the hotel’s Thai cooking classes.
Convenient for tourists, locals and business travellers alike is the hotel’s private pier and riverboat shuttle, which whisks guests away to popular attractions such as the Grand Palace and Wat Po.
Additionally, GLOW Bangkok Riverside are hosting special Christmas and New Year’s Eve celebrations, including a gala buffet dinner party which will offer prime views over Bangkok’s NYE celebrations on the river.
